Fondazione Praexidia annual conference: "Industrial Policy and Finance for Economic Security — Safeguarding Strategic Sectors," Fondazione Praexidia presented the research "Who Invests, Who Buys, and the Transfer of Control of Italian Companies," focused on the transfer of control of Italian companies as a result of transactions carried out by financial operators. The study updates and expands on the first edition, broadening the scope of observation from 1 January 2000 to May 2026.
