Mr. Paracchi will join the panel "The Resource Challenge: Raw Materials, Technological Innovation and International Competitiveness." He will discuss how Italy can keep control of the companies that anchor its strategic supply chains in defence&aerospace sectors. The same principle drives Genenta's model as a strategic industrial consolidator. Genenta seeks to acquire and retain profitable businesses operating in sectors covered by Italy's Golden Power legislation and to integrate them into a transparent, Nasdaq-listed platform.

Fondazione Praexidia annual conference: "Industrial Policy and Finance for Economic Security — Safeguarding Strategic Sectors," Fondazione Praexidia presented the research "Who Invests, Who Buys, and the Transfer of Control of Italian Companies," focused on the transfer of control of Italian companies as a result of transactions carried out by financial operators. The study updates and expands on the first edition, broadening the scope of observation from 1 January 2000 to May 2026.
